Dear Partners,
The COVID-19 Pandemic continues to produce uncertainty and we want to assure you that Ellsworth Adhesives remains committed to providing uninterrupted supply to our valued customers. As always, our priorities remain focused on the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, vendors, and communities at-large.
We are diligently monitoring the latest information from the CDC, local governments and agencies to ensure we are following the latest guidelines and safety protocols for our business and employees. We continue to employ best practices such as social distancing, daily employee screening and temperature checks, wearing of masks, and enhanced cleaning of our facilities to mention a few.
Current Status:
All Ellsworth Adhesive sites in North America are open and operating at 100% capacity.
Customer Service and support teams continue to work from home.
We are actively monitoring our global supply partners to understand any possible delays or disruptions to supply so that we may notify impacted customers immediately.
Our technical support and engineering teams are available to support your operations. They are equipped to travel with the appropriate PPE as visits to your sites are permitted. They are strategically located throughout North America and can reach your location via automobile reducing the risk associated with air travel. Additionally, they are equipped with video and chat capability making virtual visits possible.
