RE: Ellsworth Adhesives, North America COVID-19 Update

Dear Partners,

All of us at Ellsworth Adhesives hope you are doing well as we together navigate the challenges of this pandemic. A special thank you to our partners who are on the front lines of this battle, we appreciate all you are doing to make a difference. Ellsworth Adhesives remains committed to our customers’ needs, the health and safety of our employees, and our responsibility to the community. Listed below are the latest actions in Ellsworth Adhesives’ business continuity plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Ellsworth Adhesives is a key supplier to nearly all of the critical infrastructure sectors as defined by CISA thus our facilities are open and our teams are ready to serve.

• All Ellsworth Adhesives sites in North America are open and operating at 100% capacity. We have relocated our customer service and other support staff to home offices to protect them and the health of our vital distribution center team. Enhanced cleaning and social distancing practices are in place at each distribution site.

• Our informational systems including ecommerce, phones, and email are 100% functional and routing to the appropriate remote Ellsworth Adhesives team members. Connectivity is running as designed and you should be able to reach your Ellsworth Adhesives point person just as you have in the past.

• We are actively monitoring our global supply partners/manufacturers to understand possible delays or disruptions in supply. While we have had a few suppliers pause manufacturing during this pandemic we are pleased to report that their continuity plans were effective and today all suppliers are operational.

• Our technical support and engineering teams are available to support your operations. They are strategically located throughout North America and can reach your location via automobile reducing the risk associated with air travel. Additionally, this team is equipped with video and chat capability making virtual visits possible.

• Our teams in Asia and Europe are operating with the same precautions in place. Ellsworth Adhesives Asia has rebounded and is now fully operational. Ellsworth Adhesives Europe is operating at 100% while observing the precautions of the local governments.

Ellsworth Adhesives’ primary concern is the health and wellbeing of customers, employees, and communities. We will provide immediate updates to the plan should they be necessary to comply with CDC/local government mandates.
