RE: Ellsworth Adhesives, North America COVID-19 Update
We are all facing unknown challenges with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Over our history, we have continued to develop a business continuity plan to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Ellsworth Adhesives and its globally affiliated companies continue to closely monitor the situation and are adjusting daily to the challenges.
Ellsworth Adhesives has the following in place to protect our employees and continue to serve our valued partners in the US, Canada, and Mexico:
Our customer service and engineering teams are strategically located across multiple sites in North America to ensure continuity of service should certain areas become isolated. Our engineering team is located near your sites and we can reach you without air travel.
Additionally, we have video conference technology to meet with you if your sites are visitor restricted.
We have increased inventory and are in constant contact with our key suppliers and vendors regarding their planning efforts. There are no known disruptions at this moment.
Inventory has been strategically placed in our multiple distribution centers to create redundant service points.
We are limiting visitors to Ellsworth Adhesives buildings to essential visits only, with a completed pre-screening questionnaire required prior to entry.
Many of our employees are working from remote locations and we are expanding this capability.
We have manufacturing redundancy globally should a site become unavailable.
Our global team is continually monitoring the CDC and WHO for the latest updates on the virus spread prevention practices and are employing these practices.
