RE: Ellsworth Adhesives, North America COVID-19 Update

Dear Partners,

We hope you are staying strong as we endure this pandemic and begin the process of returning to work. Our technical distribution centers have remained open and fully operational during this time. We have been working diligently to meet our commitments to our customers. Our support personnel, who moved to home offices, will begin to move back into our facilities in phases. They will be trained on and will adhere to CDC guidelines on social distancing and employee protection in the workplace. Our phased approach will ensure continued business continuity during this dynamic transition.

Current Status:

• All Ellsworth Adhesive sites in North America are open and operating at 100% capacity.

• Our informational systems including ecommerce, phones, and email are fully functional and routing to the appropriate remote Ellsworth Adhesives team members. Connectivity will be seamless as the team returns to their offices.

• We are actively monitoring our global supply partners/manufacturers to understand possible delays or disruptions in supply. While we have had a few suppliers pause manufacturing during this pandemic we are pleased to report that their continuity plans were effective and today all suppliers are operational. We are seeing delays in logistics as companies begin to increase demand. Please work with your Ellsworth Adhesives contact so that we can release your shipments ASAP.

• Our technical support and engineering teams are available to support your operations. They are equipped to travel with the appropriate PPE as visits to your sites are permitted. They are strategically located throughout North America and can reach your location via automobile reducing the risk associated with air travel. Additionally, they are equipped with video and chat capability making virtual visits possible.

Ellsworth Adhesives’ primary concern is the health and wellbeing of customers, employees, and communities. We will provide immediate updates to the plan should they be necessary to comply with CDC/local government mandates. We look forward to connecting again in person.
