RE: Ellsworth Adhesives, North America COVID-19 Update
Dear Partners,
Ellsworth Adhesives remains committed to our customers’ needs, the health and safety of our employees, and our responsibility to the community. Listed below are the latest actions in Ellsworth Adhesives’ business continuity plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Ellsworth Adhesives is a key supplier to nearly all of the critical infrastructure sectors as defined by CISA, thus our facilities are open and our teams are ready to serve.

All Ellsworth Adhesives sites in North America are open and operating at 100% capacity. We have relocated our customer service and other support staff to home offices to protect them and the health of our vital distribution center team. Enhanced cleaning and social distancing practices are in place at each distribution site.

Our informational systems including ecommerce, phones, and email are 100% functional and routing to the appropriate Ellsworth Adhesives team members. Connectivity is running as designed and you should be able to reach your Ellsworth Adhesives point person just as you have in the past.

We are actively monitoring our global supply partners/manufacturers to understand possible delays or disruptions in supply. At this point, Chase Resin Design and Henkel Aerospace are shut down due to the Shelter in Place mandate in California. Your Ellsworth Adhesives team will contact you directly if items you require are impacted. If you are located in one of the states that is currently under “Shelter in Place” we will contact you before releasing open orders to confirm you are operational.

Our technical support and engineering teams are available to support your operations. They are strategically located throughout North America and can reach your location via automobile reducing the risk associated with air travel.
Ellsworth Adhesives’ primary concern is the health and wellbeing of customers, employees, and communities. We will provide immediate updates to the plan should they be necessary to comply with CDC/local government mandates.
