Ellsworth Adhesives to Exhibit Practical Bonding and Dispensing Solutions at The Assembly Show 2025

09/29/2025

Ellsworth Adhesives is headed to The Assembly Show 2025 from Oct. 21–23 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. Visit Booth #840 to explore the latest adhesives and dispensing equipment solving common workflow and performance challenges.

Visitors will see live demonstrations highlighting modular dispensing robots configured for form-in-place gasketing from H.B. Fuller. The system will feature precision equipment from Fisnar and ITW Dynatec which can be configured to a range of material inputs for various hot melt tasks.

The team will also feature 3M™ VHB™ Tape Max, a next-generation acrylic foam tape capable of twice the strength of standard 3M™ VHB™ Tapes. This tape can reduce reliance on mechanical fasteners and enables cleaner, faster assembly across industries like transportation, appliances, and construction. Ask for sample parts, demonstration pieces, and application guidance at the booth.

Attending Glue Doctors™ will also showcase field-ready, custom packed kits supporting faster, more consistent application. These kits can reduce waste, improve repeatability, and simplify integration into existing lines, especially in environments where full automation is not yet qualified.

Ellsworth Adhesives works closely with engineering and production teams to identify where adhesive technologies can deliver the most value. From early-stage design input to format selection and application support, the team will be available throughout the show to help attendees explore solutions tailored to their line.

The Assembly Show is a great time to connect and chat about practical ways to make adhesives easier to apply, especially at high volumes. Visit The Adhesive Experts at the show to discover options for your product.
