Dow XIAMETER™ PMX-200 Silicone Fluid, 10,000 CS Clear is a high viscosity, thermally stable, polydimethyl-siloxane polymer that is used for foam control, electrical insulating, leather finishing, protective coating, and for furniture, metal, and automotive applications. It offers high shearability, gloss intensity, compressibility, damping action, and low vapor pressure, surface energy, reactivity, and pour point. It is resistant to abrasions, water, bacteria, and fungi. Packaged by KitPackers. Two 2.5 gallon jugs. 5 gal Kit.
| Typical Use: | XIAMETER™ PMX-200 Silicone Fluid is insoluble in water and many organic products. It is highly soluble in organic solvents such as aliphatic and aro-matic hydrocarbons, and the halo-carbon propellants used in aerosols. The fluid is easily emulsified in water with standard emulsifiers and normal emulsification techniques. |
