AI Technology ME7155 has thermally conductive epoxy paste adhesive which exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials having highly mismatched CTE's. It is electrically insulated, reworkable, and alumina filled. ME7155 is also ideal for high power die attach. 10 cc Syringe.
