Ellsworth Adhesives is staffed with experienced personnel who have met the standards of the Certified U.S. Export Compliance Officer®, (CUSECO®) program. All United States manufacturers and exporters must register with the United States Department of State and remain up-to-date with International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulation (EAR) procedures. Certified Ellsworth Adhesives staff demonstrate the knowledge and expertise necessary for the distribution of materials and chemicals designed for commercial and military use.

Certified U.S. Export Compliance Officer®, (CUSECO®) – High level personnel who have expert knowledge of the United States export regulations and oversee the compliance of goods and services.

International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR) – United States export regulations for defense and military related technologies and services. Any company involved in the manufacturing, sale, or distribution of items on the United States Munitions List (USML) must be ITAR compliant.

Export Administration Regulation (EAR) - United States export regulations for goods and services on the Commerce Control List (CCL) that can serve for both civilian/commercial or military purposes. The Bureau of Industry and Security at the Department of Commerce administer these regulations.
