Noteworthy Article: Dispensing Tiny Amounts

Dispensing Tiny Amounts

As product miniaturization continues, manufacturers must find ways to dispense the adhesives and specialty chemicals used in smaller amounts, such as milliliters, microliters and nanoliters.

The July issue of Assembly magazine has an interesting article called “Dispensing Tiny Amounts” by Jim Camillo, Senior Editor at Assembly. It discusses the equipment and processes used to apply such small increments of materials accurately and efficiently. Ellsworth Adhesives’ own Jay Richardson was among the industry experts interviewed for the article.

The article has some good information for multiple applications and industries. Feel free to give it a read.
