The newly-established venture will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ellsworth Corporation. Ellsworth Latin America Adesivos LTDA will operate a sales office and warehouse in SÃO Paulo, Brasil and provide adhesives, sealants, coatings, encapsulants, tapes, dispensing equipment and UV and LED curing equipment to the growing automotive, electronic, medical and industrial markets in the Latin American marketplace.
