WEB ORDERING GUIDELINES

All web orders will ship with an Ellsworth Adhesives Certificate of Conformance and Pack Slip.

A standard MFG Certificate of Conformance and/or Certificate of Analysis may be requested but is not guaranteed to be available for all items.

The following requests are not suitable for orders placed on the website:

• Shelf Life / Lot requirements
• MFG Documentation for non-standard item specifications / Mil-Spec
• Government Contracts / DPAS Rated orders
• Customer Terms & Conditions of Purchase and/or Quality Clauses

If your order requires any of the above special requirements or supplier documentation, please exit out of the web cart and instead submit an emailed PO to customercare@ellsworth.com.
