From the South on Highway 45

North on Highway 45 to Exit 48 - 145 North. At the end of the ramp, turn right (north) on to
124th Street. Go 3.3 miles to Donges Bay Road. (Note: 2 sets of stop lights and 2 stop
signs. At County Line Road, 124th Street is renamed Wasaukee Road.) Turn left (west)
onto Donges Bay Road. Go .4 miles to Washington Drive. Turn right (north) onto
Washington Drive. The entrance to Ellsworth is on the left (west) side of the road, .5 miles.

From the East on Mequon Road, starting from the corner of
Mequon Road (Highway 167) and Wauwatosa Road (Highway 181)

Drive 3.5 miles to the entrance of the Germantown Business Park. The entrance to the park
is on the left (south) side of the road, across from Forest Drive. Turn left (south) into the
park. Take this road until it ends at the stop sign (.3 miles). The Delivery and Pick-Up
entrance to Ellsworth will be across the street, just to the left of this intersection. At this
stop sign, turn left (east) and go to the next stop sign (.2 miles). At this stop sign, turn right
(south). The main entrance to Ellsworth is .1 miles down the road, on the right (west) side
of the road.

From the North on Highway 45

South on Highway 45 to Exit 54 - 167 East Y/Lannon Road/Mequon Road. At the end of the
ramp, turn left (east) onto Mequon Road. Go 3.8 miles to the entrance of the Germantown
Business Park. (Note: 1 stop sign and 6 sets of stop lights.) The Germantown Business Park
is on the right (south) side of Mequon Road. Turn right (south) into the park. Take this road
until it ends at the stop sign (.3 miles). The Delivery & Pick-Up entrance to Ellsworth
will be across the street, just to the left of this intersection. At this stop sign, turn left (east)
and go to the next stop sign (.2 miles). At this stop sign, turn right (south). The main
entrance to Ellsworth is .1 miles down the road, on the right (west) side of the road.
