Curing in seconds with UV (ultraviolet) light, Dymax 9001 series products have exhibit strong adhesion to polyimide and other flex circuit materials. Their low modulus and high elasticity help with flex over a wide range of service temperatures making them ideal for encapsulating circuits for consumer electronic devices.
